Refund policy

At Galen Marten Music, every merch item is printed and shipped on demand through Printful. Because of this, we are not able to offer returns or exchanges for reasons such as size, color preference, or buyer’s remorse.

Damaged or defective items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’ve got you covered. Please contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order details and a photo of the issue. We will work with Printful to send you a replacement at no extra cost.
